This is our all-time favourite dish because it can cook in no time (15-20 mins) and is very tasty!
Ingrediant (for 2 persons):
- 2 packs of Udon noodle
- Thinly sliced beef
- Spring Onion
- One White Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- One pack of Dashi Powder (Japanese Soup Stock)
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
- Sugar
- White Sesame seed

Let’s make Beef Udon!
- Thinly slice whole white onion, mince garlic and grate ginger.
- Stir-fry sliced onion until turning golden brown, then add mirin
- Add thinly sliced beef, minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry them together.
- Add boiling water and Dashi powder. Season them with soy sauce and sugar.
- Cook Udon noodle until soft and drain well.
- Assemble Udon and beef broth in individual bowls. Top with chopped spring onion and sesame seed.
